Alex: Here are the bare facts: I am the mother of three boys (ages 14, 12 and 9); I've been married for 16 years to a handsome and generous soul, Grant; our family moved to Boulder in August, 2009, after 13 years in Southern California; we have come to Boulder for its green living, good public schools and healthy lifestyle. I started this blog for friends and family and for anyone else who may want a peek at one family's life in Boulder. In 2012, we completed a major remodel of a historic home in the Mapleton Hill Historic District. In early 2014, we started a project of converting our 1920s garage into an Owner's Accessory Unit (OAU).
